About Sell Invoice Data To AI
A small team that reads invoicing, billing and receivables vendors' terms, VAT and commercial-code rules on invoices, and data buyers' own intake pages, keeping a dated copy of every page it quotes.
Why it is here
An invoice archive records how a business prices, bills and gets paid, which AI buyers want, but the billing system's terms, the VAT and tax retention rules and the customer details on every invoice decide what can be licensed.
Who uses it
Owners, finance directors and credit controllers of businesses with many years of issued and received invoices, the advisers who act for them, and the directors or trustees of a business that has stopped trading.
What the site covers
Start with the quote form: it answers one question, "sell invoice data to ai", on the page, with no account needed. Next come 5 guides on nearby questions. Then the data (figures, and how they were made) and the sources, every one linked.
- Who owns invoice data? What billing systems' terms say: Who owns invoice data held in an invoicing, billing or payables system? Each vendor's own clause on ownership and anonymised use, read and dated.
- Invoice data AI training: which billing vendors claim it: Invoice data AI training clauses in billing and receivables terms: which vendors say they may train models on customers' invoices, and how many are silent.
- How long to keep invoices: UK VAT and US tax rules: How long to keep invoices when you license a copy to an AI buyer: the VAT Regulations, VATA 1994 and HMRC's notice in the UK, and the IRS rule in the US.
- Who buys invoice data? Organisations that name invoices: Who buys invoice data from businesses? Data labs, brokers and marketplaces whose own intake pages name invoices, bills or financial records, and how each deal works.
- Selling business invoices: factoring versus licensing the data: Selling business invoices can mean factoring the receivables or licensing the invoice records to AI buyers. The difference, and what a sale of the business does to both.
What we leave out
- We never ask for invoice files, customer lists or bank details through the form.
- We never pass customers' names or payment details to a buyer.
- We never treat invoices already sold to a factor as data the business can license without checking that agreement.

Questions
Reach us through Contact or at enquiries@sellinvoicedatatoai.com; the rules that apply are on Terms and Privacy.
Our fee comes from the business whose invoice records are licensed, and only once a deal is signed: 12.5% of the deal's value, subject to a minimum, when we are its exclusive agent for the whole company or one kind of record, or 10%, subject to a minimum, when the records join a bundle or pooled sale; anything a buyer pays us reduces that fee. No invoicing vendor or buyer named here pays for its place, and nothing on these pages is an affiliate link.
